Prospective, New Member, and Tenant Information

For those of you looking to purchase a home in the Windward Isle section of the River Bridge community, there are a few requirements to take care of prior to closing on the property:

• Your realtor will schedule an in-person or video interview with the Windward Isle Homeowners Association board members
• Review and accept the Windward Isle New Residents Checklist (see below)
• Sign and submit the Windward Isle Homeowners Association Certificate of Notice and Approval (see below) to the HOA President - Anthony Bellucci, bluchz11@gmail.com
• Estoppel requests can be made by email to jan@jnjr.com

Prior to your closing, you need to schedule an orientation meeting with the POA representative at the POA office to occur the day of closing or soon after.  You may schedule this by calling Administrative Assistant at the POA Office during business hours at 561-968-6054.(561)968-605
