Priority Towing----River Bridge will tow illegally parked vehicles for parking on the streets at any location in River Bridge starting at 2AM in the morning. That rule is now being enforced by ECIS.
 
ALL PRESIDENTS OF THE 19 SUB ASSOCIATIONS ALSO HAVE AUTHORITY TO TOW VEHICLES IN THEIR SUB ASSOCIATION AT ANYTIME BEFORE 2am…..The reason for towing before the 2AM start time may be one of the following:
 
                -parked on the street in the wrong direction
                -parked on the street will expired tags
                -parked on the street blocking other vehicles
                -parked on the grass at anytime
 
Presidents will be asked to identify themselves and show that ID to the Rover and/or Priority Towing…..Please be aware that the 7PM (commercial vehicle) rule will be enforced as well as the 2AM, any vehicle will be towed if parked on the street and/or in driveways (unless performing emergency work for that owner)
