The WI HOA Board of Directors in the December 16 meeting approved Jeff Caton of 121 Island Way for a 2-year term  representing the WI HOA on the POA Board of Governors.  Jeff will attend monthly meetings of the POA Board and represent the WI HOA Members' interests to the POA Board.  Jeff will attend quarterly WI HOA Board meetings and give a report.

Periodically, the Greenacres Sheriff will be patrolling Riverbirdge watching for speeders and stop sign runners. Please drive safely 

There is no overnight parking in guest areas without a pass.  You will be subject to towing.  There is no parking on the street overnight and no parking on lawns.  

Be mindful of the speed limit and stop at all stop signs. Please remind your visitors to also abide by the speed limits especially 15 MPH in Windward Isle.

Please do not  put garbage out before 7 PM night before pick up.  Remember to bring the barrels in by end of day. 

Pick up days:

                   Regular garbage - Tueday and Friday

                   Recycling - Tuesday   

                   Lawn waste - Tuesday

                   Bulk - Tuesday
